Quack around as your unique land and water adventure begins with a city tour past the landmarks and along the famous golden beaches of Surfers Paradise. Then, be amazed as your vessel is driven into the Gold Coast Broadwater and instantly transforms from bus to boat.

Aquaduck is also a popular Gold Coast river cruise giving you the chance to walk around on board, pull out your camera as you cruise past the glitzy mansions of the Surfers Paradise rich and famous and look out for wildlife in the waterways.
Kids will have a quacking time as they get to drive the ‘Duck’.

  • Aquaduck tour commentary is in English. We have a complimentary on-board audio guide available in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish. You can access the audio guide from your personal wifi enabled device (phone, tablet etc) BYO headphones or purchase at check-in for $4. Complimentary wifi is provided onboard to access the audio guide.

How long does the tour go for?
Your Aquaduck tour lasts for 1 hour. Its start and end point is the same location at Aquaduck HQ, shop 34 Circle on Cavill, Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise
Is the Aquaduck ride a river cruise or a city tour?
Lucky for you it’s both. As we are a bus and a boat you get two tours for the price of one. The Aquaduck tour spends approx 40mins on the water and 20mins on the road.
What if we are running late?
Please ensure you arrive 20 minutes prior to departure and check in at Aquaduck HQ – Shop 34 Circle On Cavill, Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217

The tour will depart on time. Failure to board will result in your ticket being forfeited. Abusive and aggressive behaviour will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Can I bring my baby on the Aquaduck? Do I have to pay for them?
Yes you can. If your baby is 0-1 years they can ride for free on your lap. Just please let us know when you make your booking. Children 2-16years may purchase our child rate ticket.
Do you operate if it’s raining?
Yes we do. The vessel is fully covered and in wet conditions, we have clear pull-down sides to keep the water out.
Is it safe? What if I can’t swim?
Yes, the Aquaduck is very safe. You don’t need to swim as we will be keeping you onboard the whole time. We also carry life-jackets onboard in case of emergency and our trained staff will assist in this situation.
Can we eat or drink on the duck?
Water bottles are accepted onboard, however, no other food or other drinks.
