Why we charge a Service Fee

The simple answer is because you dealing with an expert who is carrying more than 25+ years’ experience with him along with a professional team of travel experts. Our client are using our expertise to plan their tours. Take for an example, when you go to dentist you may have to pay for some additional add-ons like filling or extra dental work, but you still have to pay the fee to just see the dentist first.

As a travel agent and your preferred tour operator, we aren’t just booking travel (that’s only a part of the job), we have invested lot of money and our time by visiting these places and handpicked best products for you. “We have been there and done that” so can offer you best packages/hotels/activities etc. We are also researching, offering expertise and planning, so we should get paid for that too because that can end up being hours upon hours of our time.

Another reason why many travel agents charge fee is because it can help weed out the “Window Shoppers” to our actual paying guests. Our rates are highly competitive and this small amount of service charges are our bread & butter to run our offices and pay wages to our travel experts
