The Company reserves the right to decline OR to book any person/s for any Tour or to cancel their booking without assigning any reason.

No person including the Employee/s and the Agent/s of the Company in writing, has the authority to alter, amend, or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition set forth in this document. Assurance if any, which is contrary to the terms and conditions, given by any staff member or agent of the Company, shall not bind the Company.

100% payment should be made at the time of booking. The Client shall pay the tour cost at least 60 working days prior to the date of arrival or the date of booking whichever is earlier

All payments have to be made by RTGS / NEFT / Cheque / Demand Drafts in favour of “R G Destinations Pty. Ltd.” and payable at Delhi. The Client would receive a receipt from the Company for the amount paid, within two days.

 

CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR : If the Client wants to cancel the tour, he must intimate the company in writing by postal mail, facsimile or by e.mail at its Registered Office on working days within office time.

CANCELLATIONCHARGES      WHEN A CANCELLATION IS MADE
Deposit Amounts Clear 60 working days or more prior to the date of arrival of the Tour or for non-payment of the balance.
25% of Tour Cost. Clear 59 to 45 working days prior to the date of arrival of the Tour.
75% of Tour Cost. Clear 44 to 30 working days prior to the date of arrival of the Tour.
100% of Tour Cost. Less than clear 30 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour.

 

Please note there is no refund in case of tickets/package booked under APEX FARE or any unused inclusions. Refunds (if any) would be paid directly to the Client by the Company directly. It would take at least 45 days to process the refund (if due). For cases where an airline ticket is issued, it would take at least 30 days to process the refund (if due). It is clearly understood that there shall be no refund whatsoever if the Client does not or cannot utilize any of the services like hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, transfers, optional tours, visas etc due to any reason whatsoever

 

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS :

We made sincere efforts to maintain the contract made by our organization with its customers but there are always possibilities of certain Items like airfares, entrance fee at the monuments or drastic increase in fuel costs etc. getting more expensive without any notice from the Govt. authorities. In such FORCE MAJEUR, the difference in the cost would be borne by the customers. R G Destinations, New Delhi act only in the capacity of agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors providing other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by actual suppliers.

All itineraries are sample itineraries, intended to give you a general idea of the likely trip schedule. Numerous factors such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may dictate itinerary changes either before the tour or even after the commencement of the tour. We reserve the right to change any schedule in the interest of the trip participants safety, comfort & general well being.

Our rates are based on the prevailing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without notice. In case of such changes the rates quoted before the modification, can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines. All hotel bookings are based on usual check in and check out time of the hotels until unless indicated in the itinerary.

We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures/blocades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance arrangements in their home country. All baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk. Our transport is certainly Insured as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act and claims, if any, will be made as per the rules of the Insurance Companies in Indian Rupees

Visa if required, is sole discretion of the embassy. We do not take any guarantee on grant or refusal of visa. In any of the cases, cancellation charges will occur as per company rules.

These Policies and terms of use (‘Terms’) govern your use of the Aussie Grand Tours site and any linked pages (‘web site’). Your use of this web site will mean you accept these Terms.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

The material contained on this web site is protected by copyright. You may use this web site only for your personal and non-commercial purposes. Aussie Grand Tours may receive a commission from some suppliers for products booked and as a user of our products you acknowledge that we may receive a commission or fee ( i.e. difference between the purchase and sale price) and will retain that commission.

This web site may contain links to, or frame, web sites of third parties (“external sites”). Aussie Grand Tours is not required to maintain or update the links.

Links to, or framing of, external sites should not be construed as any endorsement, approval, recommendation or preference by Aussie Grand Tours of the owners or operators of the external sites, or for any information, products or services referred to on the external sites unless expressly indicated on this web site.

All bookings are subject to your agent’s and Aussie Grand Tours and its suppliers booking conditions.

 

Travel Insurance

It is strongly recommended that at the time of booking you consider purchasing travel Insurance appropriate to your needs. Aussie Grand Tours accepts no responsibility for loss or out of pocket expenses incurred due to no or insufficient insurance coverage. It is our recommendation that you discuss this with your agent at time of booking.

 

Destination – Customer Enquiries

We recommend that you enquire about local issues and conditions for the destinations you are travelling to at the time you are travelling to them. Aussie Grand Tours makes no representation as to the safety or conditions in the destinations that you are travelling to. Travel advise can be gained through local consulates and government websites.

 

Meals

Meals are not included unless specified under each component of the itinerary

 

Check in  / Out Times

In most cases check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am. Please note if you decide after you check in to check out early and terminate your hotel stay earlier than originally planed. It is at the discretion of the hotel and your agent as to wHether any refund for unused services will apply. Prior to checking out, please discuss and dissatisfaction directly with the hotel or service providers management, as this will be required for further investigation. The hotel and service providers will not be in a position to refund any monies directly to you please check with your agent on return from your journey.

 

Refunds, Amendments and Cancellations

Please refer to your agent or consultant for any refund, amendment and cancellation fees. Any changes to your booking before and during your travel may incur fees as mentioned above
